1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:
- Used, washed, or damaged products
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Bedding items returned for hygiene reasons once opened
- Custom or personalized orders
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please:

- Wait for return approval and instructions before shipping the item.
- Ship the product to the address provided in our reply. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Double-check your bank or PayPal account.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
