1. What products do you sell?
We specialize in high-quality bedding products, including bed sheet sets, duvet covers, pillowcases, and complete four-piece sets designed for comfort, durability, and style.
2. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO addresses at this time.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
You will receive tracking information by email once your order is shipped.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
5. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to make changes.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full return instructions and conditions.
7. Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.
8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

9. Are your products machine washable?
Yes. Our bedding products are designed for easy care. Please follow the care instructions provided on the product label for best results and longevity.
